קניתי דירה וטבעתי בניירת. אז בניתי את מה שהיה חסר לי.I bought an apartment and drowned in paperwork. So I built what I was missing.

אני מפתח תוכנה, ומערכות מסובכות הן העבודה שלי. ובכל זאת, כשקניתי דירה טבעתי: חוזה, נסח טאבו, אישור עקרוני, ערבות חוק מכר, הצמדה למדד. כל שבוע עוד טופס, עוד מונח ועוד החלטה על הרבה כסף, ואף אחד לא אמר לי מאיפה מתחילים. אז בניתי את Bayito: מקום אחד לכל המעבר.I'm a software developer; complicated systems are my job. Even so, when I bought an apartment I drowned: the contract, the land registry extract, the mortgage approval, the Sale Law guarantee, index linkage. Every week another form, another term and another decision about a lot of money, and no one told me where to start. So I built Bayito: one place for the whole move.

פרטיותPrivacy

המסמכים נשמרים אצלכם במכשיר ולא בשרת, אלא אם בחרתם לשלוח קובץ לבנק (עותק זמני ומוצפן). כל הסכמה כבויה עד שאתם מדליקים אותה, וייצוא ומחיקה בכל רגע.Your documents stay on your device and not on a server, unless you choose to send a file to a bank (a temporary encrypted copy). Every consent is off until you switch it on, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

בטלפון אפשר לנעול את האפליקציה בזיהוי פנים או טביעת אצבע. החיבור מוצפן, והכניסה שמורה במחזיק המפתחות של הטלפון.On the phone you can lock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint. The connection is encrypted, and your sign-in is kept in the phone's keychain.
